All sales of Music are final and we do offer refunds only as per the Cancellation and Refund Policy as outlined in the next section below these Terms and Conditions

THE MUSIC IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND SINGALALA INFOTECH (INDIA) PVT LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SINGALALA INFOTECH (INDIA) PVT LTD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE MUSIC WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE MUSIC WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
6. Limitation of Liability:
SINGALALA INFOTECH (INDIA) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE MUSIC, EVEN IF SINGALALA INFOTECH (INDIA) HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maharashtra, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
8. Changes to These Terms:
Singalala Infotech (India) Pvt Ltd reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Any changes to these Terms will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Music after such changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

We understand that circumstances may change and you may need to cancel your purchase or request a refund. In such cases, please review the following terms for our cancellation and refund policy:

1. Circumstances for Cancellation and Refund:
1. You may request a cancellation and refund if you have not placed an order. If you have placed an order, cancellations and refunds will be accepted only in case of dissatisfaction with the service. Please refer to clause 6 for more information.
2. You have a window of 7 days after purchasing a plan to request a cancellation and refund. After this time period, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

3. Refund Timeframe:
After we receive your request for a cancellation and refund, the refund process generally takes 7 to 10 business days to complete.
4. Non-Refundable Fees:
Please note that processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount. Singalala Infotech (India) Pvt Ltd will refund only the amount received by it and any charges levied by the Bank or the Payment Gateway is a liability of the user and Singalala Infotech (India) Pvt Ltd will not be responsible for it's refund
5. Changes to the Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Singalala Infotech (India) Pvt Ltd reserves the right to change this policy at any time, and that any changes will be effective upon posting.
6. Refund reasons acceptable:
Singalala Infotech (India) Pvt Ltd bears complete responsibility for the satisfaction of the songs. And refund can be initiated within 7 days of the receipt of the song. However, Singalala Infotech (India) Pvt Ltd bears no responsibility if the song file, equipments in delivering the file, delivery delays that is a cause for a refund
